Great tip! Are you using a 12x12 sheet? I thought I knew until you got to the 3 and 3/4 cuts.:)Do you end up with 2"strip each or a 2" and some other width on the bottom one(3 3/4cuts).I'm math challenged today(well-most days)LOL.Great idea. Thanks for sharing. You are so generous with your talents.Diania
What a genius idea Okie! I'm always saving scraps figuring I can use them for small punches down the road, but never occured to me to do the border strips - I'm so darned excited. Thanks for always sharing!

Thanks for your idea - I had time to work on some borders today while waiting for friends to come over - even went in my trash can and took out some of the strips I had cut off earlier this week!
OMG ... slapping hand to head with a V-8 moment of realization that I could have been saving all those little strips of paper (or, being the total blonde that I am, that may have been a "duh" moment).Thanx for sharing this great idea Shirley ... now I'm off to see if I can retrieve any of those tossed out paper strips!
Great tip and I get to use my punches instead of just collecting them. Thanks Okie :-)Katsews at Gmail dot com
I love this card and your idea of what to do with your "leftovers". What a great way to recycle.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love the idea!!!!
Cool Okie! I keep all my extra punches in a cigar box, so If I'm looking for an idea, I sometimes I find a die cut or punch that will do the trick! I often throw away the end bits from when I make my envelopes, so maybe I'll do a few borders and see how it works for me. Thanks a bunch!
reidea!! you can also double punch it on the other side use as a ribbon type wrap
